The Rhode Island Statewide Curriculum website is a dynamic and evolving web-based tool that provides: resources and models for standard-based instruction and assessment; materials and opportunities for professional development; and avenues for dialogue. The website provides targeted resources for students, families, community members, and educators and serves as an organizer for all of those partners to work collaboratively in supporting teaching, learning, and the achievement of high expectations for students. The resources on the website include videos of lessons, model lesson plans, examples of student work, instructional continua, and more.

This website, which appropriately tailors each section to its respective audience, could be used as a model for other state education agencies who want to engage a variety of stakeholders in improving student achievement.
